Leadstone connects digital marketing, AI-powered lead response, CRM automation, revenue recovery, customer retention and attribution into one managed system.
We help you generate qualified opportunities — then improve what happens after the inquiry arrives.
None of these are marketing problems. They're all revenue problems that happen to show up in the marketing budget.
Most companies buy these one at a time from four different vendors, then discover nobody owns the number in the middle. We run all five as one system, on one set of reporting, against one definition of a result.
—
The ads agency reports leads. The SEO firm reports rankings. The answering service reports calls handled. The owner reports a quiet month. Everyone is telling the truth and nobody is accountable for the only number that matters.
We're a demand-generation company. Generating qualified opportunity is stage one and it's included in the Demand + Revenue OS package, not bolted on afterward.
That said, on most first engagements we recommend installing Convert and Recover before we increase spend — usually 30 to 60 days. New demand sent into a business that can't answer it gets lost twice: once as an inquiry, and again as media spend. Getting response and follow-up right first means every dollar we later put into ads is measured against a system that actually catches what it produces.
It's a recommendation, not a rule. If your response and follow-up are already tight, your scorecard will say so and we'll start with demand.
We don't have a wall of case studies, and we're not going to invent one. What we can do is show you exactly what gets installed, let you test it before it goes live, and stay in your account while it settles.
Your scorecard tells you which one fits — or that none of them do yet. Implementation is a one-time fee charged separately from the monthly retainer, and is scoped individually on Multi-Location. Each package covers a defined stretch of the five-stage journey, and includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes and text segments with published overage rates.
Three numbers in your monthly reporting decide whether the package you're on still fits. All three are yours, all three are visible to you, and all three are on the report before anyone raises them.
Generating demand is stage one and we take it seriously — paid media, local and organic search, landing pages, search visibility. It's included in Demand + Revenue OS, not sold as an afterthought.
But a lead is not a result. We're accountable for what happens after it arrives — whether it got answered, qualified, booked, followed up when it went cold, and traced back to the campaign that produced it. Most agencies hand you the lead and call the job done. That handoff is where the money goes missing.
What we don't do: rebuild your website as a project, manage your brand or logo, sell you shared or resold leads, or replace your field service management system.
The scorecard grades six places revenue escapes a service business, then estimates what each one is costing you — using your own numbers, with every assumption shown on the page.
You get the breakdown whether or not we ever speak. And if your systems are already tight, it will tell you that instead of inventing a problem.
